All orders (except those with personalisation) are processed within 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders with personalisation will be processed in 10 - 14 business days.

You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Depending on our logistic partners in Singapore, shipping may take another 3 - 5 business days. International shipping will take a longer time depending on your location.

A flat rate of SGD3.50 applies. Free shipping for orders above SGD80 nett.

Pickup at Upcoming Events in Singapore

You can now choose to pick up your order at our upcoming events, as long as the event and pickup is within 14 days from the date of order. To find out more about upcoming events, visit our Instagram page.

At the checkout page, simply choose "Pickup in store", and then "Pickup at events". Reach out to us via email: howdy@sassysnouts.com or Instagram to confirm the date/time of pick-up. Bring your confirmation email (softcopy) to collect your order.

If we don't hear from you within 7 days of the order, or at the end of the scheduled event (whichever earlier), the order will be automatically cancelled.
